Cancellation Policy
No cancellations within 24 hours of appointment. Booking deposit is non-refundable however, it is transferable if appointment needs to be rescheduled. Limited to 1 transfer only. Upon cancellation, the booking deposit will not be refunded. A fee of $50 will be applied if appointment is cancelled under 24hrs or as a No-show. Deposit goes towards the final amount which is to be paid upon completion of service.
