Terms & Conditions

BOOKING DEPOSIT

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking. 

  • For group bookings a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total price is required upon booking. 

  • Remaining amount is to be be paid upon completion via Eftpos, PayID or Cash*.​​ *Cash is to be the correct amount as I do not carry change*​

  • Mobile bookings are available however, you will need to contact myself directly. Booking online doesn't block out  time for travel nor a travel fee if applicable.

   

BRIDAL

  • Minimum of 3 people on wedding day.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure and hold the time/date of your wedding.

  • The remaining amount is due 7 days prior to the wedding via bank transfer or by cash/card on the day prior to commencement of services. 

  • The wedding date is only confirmed upon receipt of payment within 7 days from receiving payment details.

  • I would highly recommend a Bridal Trial prior to your wedding day as this allows us to create the perfect makeup look for you and to ensure we are the right fit. 

  • For your trial please prepare for it as you would your wedding day. This is so you know what to expect on the wedding day. This may include spray tan, skin treatments, lash lift, eyebrow/lash grooming, etc.

  • Please bring any inspirational photos of what you would like and I will tailor them to compliment your natural features. Please also wear a neutral or white coloured top/dress as this will help us visualise the look on the wedding day. 

  • Trials are only held on Wednesdays and Saturday mornings. 

   

CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES

  • Booking deposits are non refundable. No cancellations within 24hours, however, if you need to cancel or change please notify me at least a day prior to your appointment. If rescheduling appointment the booking deposit will be transferred to the new date depending on availability and notice and limited to 1 transfer to a new date.  Upon cancellations, the booking deposit will not be refunded

  • In the unlikely event, I become extremely unwell and cannot perform my services as arranged, I will contact you and arrange for your deposit to be refunded to you or transferred to another makeup artist who will look after your wedding makeup.

   

BRIDAL - Booking deposits are non-refundable. If the wedding needs to be postponed the booking deposit may be transferred to the

      new date depending on availability and notice. If the wedding is cancelled please notify me as soon as possible.

  • Upon cancellations, the booking deposit will not be refunded. 

  • Please notify any location or time changes as soon as possible. This may modify the price of your quote due to travel fee & other factors.

    

PHOTOS / CONTENT

  • I may use your pictures/videos for my social media platforms.

  • Please let me know prior to appointment that you do not wish for me to use your photos/videos

   

ALLERGIES / SENSITIVITIES

  • Please let me know any information about any allergies, sensitivities, health conditions, sickness, infections, skin conditions and/or medical issues prior to your appointment.

  • If I am not informed of any allergies/sensitivities etc, I do not hold responsibility for any reactions to makeup. If you or anyone in the bridal party are suffering from any type of contagious illness eg, conjunctivitis, eye styes/cysts, cold sores, open wounds/cuts on face and neck, staph infection, head lice, flu, etc, please inform me immediately. I reserve the right to refuse service of any infectious person as this is a precaution taken in order to ensure non-contamination of kits and brushes, despite the fact all items are sanitised between clients. 

   

TRAVEL / PARKING FEE

  • A travel fee may be incurred depending on the distance required to travel. 

  • If in the event that any hotel/motel and parking fees are incurred as result of the location of the booking, these will be passed on to the client. If onsite parking is not available you must notify me immediately so other arrangements can be made.

  • I will arrive approx 20 to 30min earlier so I can set up my station/s as well as lighting.

   

LATENESS / NO SHOWS

  • If you know you'll be arriving late please notify me prior to your appointment. If you are more then 15 min late the appointment may be shortened to just eyes/face. It may also be cancelled and/or rescheduled.

  • If you do not show up to your appointment and do not notify me the appointment will be considered cancelled and cannot be rescheduled.

   

COVID-19 

  • Due to COVID-19, I do required to record personal details from my clients including full name, address and contact information. Personal details from my clients remain confidential.

  • If you are feeling unwell on the day of your booking or are displaying any symptoms, I reserve the right to refuse your application and your booking will be rescheduled or put is as credit if you're not sure when you can reschedule it for. This credit will be valid for 12 months from the booking date.

BY PAYING A BOOKING DEPOSIT, YOU ARE CONFIRMING THAT YOU AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
